摘要
目的探讨大鼠心肌梗死模型简易构建的方法。方法将大鼠麻醉,气管插管连接呼吸机后结扎左冠状动脉前降支制作心肌梗死模型,于术后7 d处死,取出心脏观察心脏外形,TTC染色后观察心梗范围。结果 85只大鼠用于心肌梗死模型的制作,存活80只,根据术中所见、心电图及术后TTC等检测确定有心肌梗死。结论该方法制作大鼠心肌梗死模型的方法简易,且存活率较高,降低了大鼠冠脉结扎后的死亡率,为心肌梗死的基础研究提供了另一种简易的模型制作方法。
Objective To discuss the simple establishment method for cardiac ischemic model rats. Methods The rats were anesthetized, followed by tracheal intubation with artificial ventilation.Then the myocardial infarction models were produced by ligating the left coronary artery. The rats were killed at 7 days after operation. The heart was taken out to observe the shape, measure the range of myocardial infarction by TTC staining. Results 85 rats were built for myocardial infarction models, and 80 survived. 80 rats with myocardial infarction were confirmed by operative observation, electrocardiogram and TTC. Conclusion This method for cardiac ischemic models is simple and with high survival rate, it also can reduce the death rate after the operation. Thatprovided an additional simple method for models.
