对高职学生职业能力培养的思考

Reflections on Cultivation of Vocational Ability of College Students

提高学生的职业能力已成为我国高等职业教育改革和发展的根本目的。文章分析了当前高职学生职业能力现状,以及高职学生职业能力的内容,职业能力培养不仅仅是一种教育理念,而且应贯彻在课程建设和教学活动过程中。

As an important basis of personnel training and vital index of appraising the higher vocational education and teaching work, improving the students＇ occupational ability has become the key to the reform and development of the higher vocational education in China. This paper analyzes and expounds the students＇ current situation and the content of their occupation ability, and puts forward that the occupation ability training is a penetration of teaching philosophy, and it should be reflected in the implementation of curriculum construction and teaching.
