以区域合作平台促进县域外向型经济发展研究——以重庆市开县为例

County Export-Oriented Economy Development on the Platform of Regional Cooperation——Taking Kaixian in Chongqing as an Example

我国县域地区经济体量小,对外竞争力弱,仅凭自身力量发展外向型经济,存在很大的障碍。该文运用区域经济理论,探讨了以区域合作平台促进县域外向型经济发展模式,并以重庆市开县为例,提出了对外开放经济合作平台建设的路径,探讨了合作组织结构、作用、功能、任务等。

In China, it is hard for counties themselves to develop the export-oriented economy because of their small economy, and weak external competitiveness. This paper uses the regional economic theory to put forward a model that develop an export-oriented regional cooperation platform to promote county economy, and taking Kaixian in Chongqing as an example to propose a path of opening an economy platform, and the cooperative structure, roles, functions, and tasks.
