The Comprehensive Identification for the Curcumae Rhizoma of Multiple Sources

目的建立一种多基原莪术的综合鉴定法。方法采用双目和嗅觉的性状鉴定和利用薄层的理化鉴定的综合鉴定方法,对不同基原的蓬莪术、广西莪术和温莪术进行鉴定。结果建立的多基原莪术的综合鉴定法可以准确鉴定多基原莪术。结论综合鉴定法可用于多基原莪术的快速准确鉴定,确保了其临床用药的安全有效。

Objective To build one of the comprehensive identifications for CurcumaeRhizoma with multiple sources.Methods Using macroscopical identifications of binocular and sense of smell,physical and chemical identification of thin layer,the comprehensive identification for Curcumae Rhizoma with multiple sources,Curcuma phaeocaulis,Curcuma kwangsiensis and Curcuma wenyujin,had been established and identified.Results The comprehensive identification for Curcumae Rhizoma with multiple sources established could identify them accurately.Conclusion The comprehensive identification can be used to identify the Curcumae Rhizoma with multiple sources fastly and accurately,which also ensure its clinical safety and effectiveness.
