芒硝外敷与硫酸镁湿敷用于慢性心衰伴阴囊水肿患者的效果评价

The Efficacy Study on External Application of Mirabilite and Magnesium Sulfate to Chronic Heart Failure Patients with Scrotal Edema

目的探讨芒硝外敷与硫酸镁湿敷对于慢性心衰伴阴囊水肿患者的消肿效果。方法将120例心衰伴水肿患者随机分为芒硝组与硫酸镁组,每组各60例。芒硝组采用芒硝外敷用于阴囊消肿,硫酸镁组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷阴囊,记录两组患者消肿效果、有疗效者治疗前后阴囊大小及舒适度得分。结果芒硝组60例中28例显效,30例有效,2例无效,总有效率96.67%;硫酸镁组60例中20例显效,31例有效,9例无效,总有效率85.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后芒硝组阴囊最长直径为(11.46±3.16)cm,硫酸镁组阴囊最长直径为(13.41±3.48)cm,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);芒硝组舒适度得分为(6.11±0.87)分,硫酸镁组舒适度得分为(4.02±1.03)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芒硝外敷对于阴囊水肿消肿效果优于硫酸镁湿敷,且治疗过程中患者舒适度较高,可作为慢性心力衰竭伴阴囊水肿患者辅助消肿方法,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the swelling effect of the external application of mirabilite and magnesium sulfate to chronic heart failure patients with scrotal edema.Methods The 120 chronic heart failure patients with edema were randomly and evenly divided into mirabilite group and magnesium sulfate group,different treatments were used to these patients to eliminate their edema.The swelling effect and the diameter of scrotum and patients＇ comfortable feelings in patients who had a curative effect were recorded.Results 1）In the mirabilite group,the numbers of remarkable effect,effect and inefficacy after treatment were 28,30 and 2respectively,and the total effective rate was 96.67%;2）The numbers of remarkable effect,effect and inefficacy after treatment in magnesium sulfate group were 20,31 and 9,and the total effective rate was 85.00%（P〈0.05）;3）The diameter of scrotum for patients in the mirabilite group after treatment were（11.46±3.16）cm and that in magnesium sulfate group were（13.41±3.48）cm（P〈0.05）;4）Scores of comfortable feeling in were（6.11±0.87）mirabilite group,and（4.02±1.03）in magnesium sulfate group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of external application with mirabilite is better than magnesium sulfate.What＇s more,patients feel more comfortable in the treatments with mirabilite.Therefore,the external application with mirabilite can be used as an auxiliary treatment for chronic heart failure patients with scrotal edema,which is worthy of the clinical use.
