Functions of Standardized Operating Room Care System of Intensive Care Patient to Reduce Nursing Disputes

目的探讨规范重点病人手术室护理制度在减少护理纠纷中的作用。方法回顾分析2011-2013年规范手术室护理制度前后,重点病人手术室护理纠纷发生数量、年均纠纷发生率、纠纷补偿总额及其占业务总收入比例和患者满意度。结果规范重点病人手术室护理制度后,纠纷发生数量减少,纠纷补偿总额及其占业务总收入比例下降,患者满意度显著提高。结论规范重点病人手术室护理制度可以减少护理纠纷发生率,提高护理安全性。

Objective To explore the functions of standardized operating room care system of intensive care patient to reduce nursing disputes.Methods To make retrospective analyses on the number of nursing disputes,the compensations and its proportion of total revenue and the satisfaction of the patients in 2011-2013 before and after standardizing the care system in operation room.Results After improving the care system,the number of disputes reduced,the compensations and its proportion of total revenue declined and the satisfaction significantly improved.Conclusion Stangardized care system in operating room of intensive care patient can reduce the nursing disputes and guarantee the nursing safety.
