摘要
目的探讨手术室进修护士的临床管理及培训方法。方法通过对手术室进修护士的统一管理,采用阶段性培训和分层次教学的方法,制订个性化的培训目标及培训计划、多元化的教学方法和严格的考核评价体系。结果进修护士对带教方法的满意度及结业考试成绩的优良率均较高。结论严格的管理制度及分层次、多样化的教学方法是培训成功的关键。
Objective To investigate the clinical management and training methods for refresher nurses in operation theater.Methods At the base of the unified nursing management,setting out the personalized training target and plan,diversified teaching method and rigorous evaluation system through the staged training and the hierarchical teaching.Results Advanced study nurses had higher learning satisfaction and certificate examination results.Conclusion The applications of the strict management system,hierarchical and diversified teaching method are the key components of the successful training.
