摘要
分析了普通本科院校食品安全学课程开展双语教学的必要性和重要性,讨论了食品安全学开展双语教学的方法,同时指出了食品安全学开展双语教学存在的主要问题并提出了相关改革措施和建议。
This paper analyses the necessity and importance of bilingual teaching method applied in Food Safety class and discusses how to operate it. Meanwhile, the major problems existing in the class are pointed out and some reform measures and suggestions are suggested.
