摘要
目的:探讨双球囊导管机械性扩张宫颈在未临产孕妇引产中的应用价值。方法:选取2013年4月-2014年9月本院确诊治疗的未临产孕妇142例,分为双球囊组和缩宫素组,缩宫素组孕妇给予常规静脉滴注小剂量缩宫素治疗,双球囊组孕妇给予双球囊导管机械性扩张宫颈治疗,统计分析两组孕妇促宫颈成熟情况、治疗前后宫颈Bishop评分、分娩结局和围产儿结局。结果:双球囊组孕妇促宫颈成熟总有效率明显高于缩宫素组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,双球囊组孕妇宫颈Bishop评分明显高于缩宫素组,前者分娩结局明显优于后者,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);双球囊组胎儿窘迫、新生儿感染发生率明显低于缩宫素组、Apgar评分明显高于缩宫素组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双球囊导管机械性扩张治疗可有效提高宫颈成熟的促进作用,改善孕妇分娩结局和围产儿结局,有助于提高产科质量,值得临床作进一步推广。
Objective: To investigate the double balloon catheter dilation of the cervix in mechanical pregnant women not in labor induction of labor in value. Method: From April 2013 to September 2014, 142 pregnant women were divided randomly to double-balloon group and oxytocin group, oxytocin group was treated with conventional intravenous infusion small doses of oxytocin treatment, double balloon group was given double mechanical cervical dilatation balloon catheter treatment. To statistically analyze cervical ripening, the Bishop score before and after treatment, birth outcomes and perinatal outcomes of the two groups. Result: Cervical ripening of the double-balloon group was significantly higher than that of the total oxytocin group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). After treatment, Bishop score of the double-balloon group was significantly higher than that of the oxytocin group, and former birth outcomes was significantly better than the latter, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Fetal distress, neonatal infection rate of the double-balloon group of was significantly lower than that of the oxytocin group, Apgar score was significantly higher than that of the oxytocin group. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Double-balloon catheter dilation of mechanical treatment can effectively improve the cervical ripening role in promoting and improving birth outcomes for pregnant women and perinatal outcomes, help to improve the quality of obstetric and is worthy of further promotion.
