摘要
目的:探讨我国全科医生培养存在的问题,并提出有针对性的策略。方法:采用文献研究和现状分析等方法探索我国全科医生培养存在的问题及其策略。结果:我国目前全科医生培养主要存在如下问题:全科医生数量严重不足、学历和职称低、队伍不稳定、全科医学学科建设严重滞后和全科医学师资整体水平不高。结论:我国全科医生培养现状不理想,应该强化全科医学学科建设和人才培养力度,健全全科医生职称考核和激励机制,建立一支稳定的全科医生队伍。
Objective:To explore the current deficiencies and management strategies about the general practitioner training in China. Method:Literature study and present status analysis were executed to explore the current deficiencies and management strategies about the general practitioner training in China. Result:The mainly problems about the current general practitioners(GPs) training in China were followed: lack of general practitioners,the academic qualifications and professional titles were low,the GPs team was unstable,general practice discipline construction was Lag and the overall level of family medicine teachers was low. Conclusion:The current status of general practitioners training in China is not satisfactory. General practice discipline construction and talent cultivation should be enhanced,the GPs title evaluation and incentive mechanism should be improved to establish a stable GPs team in China.
