临床免疫检验质量控制相关措施探讨

Study on Control Measures Related to the Quality of Clinical Immunity Test

目的:探讨对临床免疫检验质量有影响的因素及与其相关的控制措施。方法:选取在本院行免疫检验的样本15 600份,从样本的采集到保存,均有可能对检测结果造成影响,对影响临床免疫检验质量的相关因素进行分析,制定出相关的控制措施。结果:实验室的湿度、温度、实验员操作水平、洗液更换情况、标本质量、试剂平衡试剂均会影响临床免疫检验的质量(P<0.05)。结论:临床免疫检验结果的影响因素较多,可从内源性以及外源性干扰因素着手,采取针对性质量控制措施,提升临床免疫检验结果质量。

Objective： To investigate the factors which have influence on clinical immunology test quality, and related control measures. Method： 15 600 immune test samples from our hospital were slelcted, save from samples collected, which were likely to impact on the test results, the factors influencing the quality of clinical immunology test analysis, formulate control measures related. Result： The quality of laboratory humidity, temperature, the operation level, fluid replacement, the quality of samples, reagents were reagent equilibrium would influence immunology test effect, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： There are many factors affecting the clinical immunology test results, and can begin from the endogenous and exogenous factors, take targeted measures of quality control, improve the quality of clinical immunology test results.
