摘要
为了分析动态工况对客车车身骨架的影响,建立了客车车身结构的有限元分析模型,重点研究了车身骨架结构在动态弯曲工况和动态扭转工况下的瞬态响应。从车身骨架瞬态响应分析中可以看出:车身骨架最大应力值为247.7 MPa,没有超过材料的屈服极限,扭转工况下的最大应力随时间的变化呈"抛物线"状,而弯曲工况下最大应力随时间波浪振动、逐渐减小,最大位移随时间的变化呈"马鞍"状;无论是扭转工况还是弯曲工况,其Z向速度在波峰时均为零,此时加速度达到最大值。由此验证了该客车设计的合理性,所得结果可直接为该款客车的进一步优化分析提供参考依据。
In order to analyze the effect of dynamic conditions on the coach body structure, a FEA model of coach body structure was es- tablished to study transient response of body frame structure under the dynamic torsion and bending conditions. The results of body frame tran- sient response analysis show that: the maximum stress of the body frame is 247.7MPa, which is still within the material yield limit; under the torsion condition, maximum stress changes with time as a parabola, while under bending condition changes as vibration wave and gradually de- creases; however, under both torsion condition and bending conditions, in the vertical direction, the wave crest is zero, which means peak acceleration at the moment. Thereby the design rationality of the coach is verified and the obtained results provide some references for the fur- ther optimization analysis of the coach.
