摘要
PC3S作为一项新的汽车产品注塑技术,主要特点是预裁表皮、软质小面料和合模常压背部注塑。应用此技术,注塑浇口的布置形式和布置位置对产品外观质量会有重要影响。通过对某国产车型门板中部护板产品浇口形式和布置位置进行分析,找到适合PC3S技术最优的浇口设计方案。
PC3S is a new technology for automobile product which main features are small fabric, normal pressure, back injection. Gate type and location are very important to appearance quality when this technology is used. Gate type and location were researched taking insert part assy of domestic car as example. The best gate design scheme was found which was fitted PC3S technology.
