立足世情与国情 融合传统与现代 积极推进国家治理现代化——“中青年改革开放论坛”(莫干山会议·2014)综述

A Review of the Third Reform and Opening-up Forum for the Middle-Aged and Young Scholars(Moganshan Forum 2014)

2014年9月18日至20日,国家发展改革委国际合作中心联合全国金融系统青年联合会、清华大学中国发展规划研究中心在浙江省莫干山成功举办第三届中青年改革开放论坛(莫干山会议)。论坛以"全球化背景下的大国治理"为主题,围绕我国改革形势、外交和国际战略、国家治理现代化、核心价值与文化建设、规划体制改革、国有企业改革、土地制度改革等议题进行了激烈的讨论。300多名来自国内外高校、智库、企业、政府和社会组织的代表出席会议,绝大多数是45岁以下的中青年。广大中青年代表呈现的家国情怀和学术风貌,经多家媒体报道,引起社会的广泛关注和积极反响。本文是会议主要情况综述。

On September 18-20, 2014, the third Reform and Opening-up Forum for the Middle-Aged and Young Scholars(Moganshan Forum) opened grandly in Moganshan, Zhejiang Province. This forum was jointly organized by the International Cooperation Center of National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC),ALL-China Financial Youth Federation, and Tsinghua University China Institute for Development Planning.More than 300 delegates from domestic and international universities, think tanks, enterprises, governments,and social organizations, most of who are below 45 years of age, attended the forum and discussed their opinions under the topic of"Great Power Governance in the Globalization Era". This paper made a brief review of the forum.
