摘要
采用中国大学生适应量表和班级凝聚力问卷对江苏科技大学620名本科生进行调查。结果表明,不同学院学生的适应水平差异显著。班级凝聚力与大学生的适应水平呈正相关,其中同伴关系和团队业绩能解释大学生适应性近三分之一的变异量。辅导员和班主任要加强班级团体建设,提升大学生的适应水平。
This article is based on questionnaire surveys of 620 undergraduate students from Jiangsu University of Science and Technology with the China College Student Adjustment Scale and the Class Cohesion Scale.Students from different schools of the university show markedly different adaptation levels and class cohesion is positively relevant to adaptation level.Peer relationship and team perform-ance account for one third of adaptation variability.The advisor and the class teacher must strengthen the class team building to help elevate students'adaptation.
