心理疏导是高校资助育人体系中重要功能之一,是对高校贫困生的人文关怀,旨在培养贫困生的自尊、自信、自立与自强,增强幸福感,帮助贫困生实现由"他助"转为"自助"。心理疏导的德育价值不容忽视,同时其实现途径也需要进一步的完善。

Psychological counseling is one of the key functions of college subsidize-and-educate sys-tem.It means humanistic care for the poverty-stricken college students,aiming to cultivate in them self-esteem,self-confidence and self-reliance and self-improvement,enhance their sense of hap-piness and to help them to learn to help themselves.Colleges and universities must attach importance to the moral values of psychological counseling and work more vigorously to realize them.
