摘要
文章对当前大学生就业能力进行了分析,并针对存在的问题提出提升大学生就业能力的思考。打造大学生就业核心竞争力,增强职场适应能力,搭建校院两级实践平台,提升大学生创业能力,对于促进学生就业能力的提升具有一定的现实意义。
This paper examines university students＆#39;employability and then offers some solutions to the existing problems in hopes of improving the situation.Universities must help students enhance their core competitiveness and ability of professional adaptation,build practice platform for students at both the university and the college levels and elevate their entrepreneurial ability.
