摘要
运用文献资料法对国内外健身操改善人体健康体适能的现状进行研究。结果表明,长期参加健身操运动,可以有效改善人体心血管功能、肌肉力量和肌肉耐力,对于身体成分的百分比也有明显改变,另外对特殊人群的健康体适能也有明显的提高。探讨健身操对健康体适能的功效,可以为科学的健身提供参考。
The paper studies the inlfuence of setting-up exercise on health iftness based on the current literature both at home and abroad. The result shows that participating in setting-up exercise regularly can effectively improve cardiovascular function, increase muscle strength and muscle endurance. Besides, it can also change body’s composition obviously and improve special people’s health and iftness. The study of the effect of setting-up exercise on health iftness provides references for scientiifc iftness.
