农家书屋是新农村建设的重要组成部分,但因多种原因,农家书屋的建设至今仍较为滞后,地方对群众所藏图书资料的使用率也不高。文章以马关县南捞乡为例,对农家书屋建设的困境进行分析,提出相应的对策,以期人们对农家书屋建设有一个较为正确而客观的认识,并以此促进农家书屋的建设,提高农家书屋的利用价值。

The village library is an important part of new rural constructions. However, the development of village library still lags far behind for various reasons, so does the use of the books in the library. The paper analyzes the predicaments in the development of the village library and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to help people have a more accurate and objective understanding of the village library so as to promote the development of the village library and increase the use of the books, taking Nanlao village Maguan County as a case study.
