冰层温度膨胀力挤压作用下船体结构损伤研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了计算冰层对船舶的挤压载荷以及船舶在挤压载荷作用下的结构响应,提出了基于数值仿真软件计算冰层温度场及应力场的方法。根据冰体温度应力随厚度的变化关系曲线,利用最小二乘法拟合获得不同厚度区间的温度应力变化函数。以一艘沿海货船为例,将应力函数加载于船体模型。计算结果表明:船体尾部机舱区域更易在冰层挤压力的作用下产生损坏。最后提出了船舶抗冰层挤压结构加强建议,为提高船舶抗冰挤压设计提供参考。 In order to calculate extrusion load of ice layer and structural response of a ship to the extrusion load, a method of calculating temperature field and stress field of ice layer is proposed. According to the curve of ice temperature stress changed along with the thickness, a temperature stress function of thickness is gained by using least square method. A coastal cargo ship is taken as an example, on which the stress is loaded. It is shown that the engine room in the stern is more likely to be damaged under the extrusion load of ice layer. Structural strengthening suggestion for anti-extrusion is proposed, providing reference for the anti-extrusion design of ship structure.
