摘要
飞溅区作为海洋油气开发工程设施与设备腐蚀较为严重的部位,对于其本身乃至上部模块的使用寿命和结构安全有着极其重要的影响。以大型导管架结构为例,飞溅区位于下部导管架和上部组块的过渡区域,受导管架和组块建造周期长、使用寿命长等特点的制约,飞溅区涂装质量尤为重要。该文从腐蚀机理入手,介绍了海洋钢结构大型导管架建造期间飞溅区的涂装质量控制、检验标准和典型的检测方法,为从事海洋钢结构的建造工程人员提供了借鉴与参考。
Splash zone, as more serious corrosion parts of offshore oil and gas facilities, influences its and upper module's life and safety. To build a large jacket, for example, paint- ing quality of splash zone is particularly important due to the had sea corrosive environments and long construction cycle and requiring long service life. According to the corrosion mecha- nism, describes the Quality Control, inspection standards and typical test methods of sand- blasting and painting during the construction of the project. This is for reference only concern- ing with offshore steel structural construction project personnel.
