“全人教育”下的职业人才培养设计思考——以台湾龙华科技大学为例 被引量:4

摘要 台湾的技职教育与大陆的职业教育称谓虽不同,但同属高等职业教育层面。台湾的技职教育起步早,模式新,成果世界瞩目。以台湾龙华科技大学为例,从专业设置、学生竞争力培养、职业证照考核、创新教学模式,以及师资队伍建设等方面来说明台湾职业教育如何围绕"全人教育"这一理念进行的职业人才培养的设计与创新,以期对大陆职业教育有所借鉴。 Although Taiwan's vocational education and vocational education in the mainland differs in appellation, they both belong to the higher vocational education level. Taiwan's vocational education started early, with new pattems, and its attainment has got the attention of the world. Taking LHU in Taiwan as an example, in view of professional setting, students' competence cultivation, professional certification examination, innovating teaching mode, and the teachers troop construction and so on it illustrates how Taiwan's vocational education designs and innovates professional personnel training around the idea of "holistic education" and provides reference for vocational education in China.
