学校遗留问题长期得不到解决,不仅会产生不良的社会影响,也会损害党员干部在教职员工中的形象,挫伤教职员工的工作积极性,影响学校的稳定和发展。尽快解决历史遗留问题,已经成为不少学校不得不面临的现实课题。每个遗留问题的复杂程度和社会关注度不尽相同,但认真调研,还原遗留问题产生的实际情况是基础;依法按规,正确处理"情""理""法"的关系,使历史遗留问题有理有节、客观公正地得到处理是目标。

The unsettled issues in vocational colleges, if unattended for a long period of tim e, w ill not only cause negative im pact on society, but also underm ine the im age of the party m em bers and cadres in the m inds of com m on teachers and staff, dam pen their enthusiasm and have negative effect on the stability and developm ent of colleges. To solve these issues has becom e the urgent task for m any vocational colleges. Since each issue differs in its com plexity and social concern, it needs to do research thoroughly to clarify the reality caused by these issues. A nd it is the goal to correctly cope w ith the relationship of em otion, rationality and law on the basis of regulations, m aking the unsettled issues solved reasonably and objectively.
