摘要
借鉴优秀汽车企业的微观细胞——班组的组织结构、考评体系、文化建设、班组精神等,构建富有企业班组文化色彩的"班组式"管理模式,突破了传统"班长制"管理体制,可以有效增强学生的团队意识、管理意识、安全意识和竞争意识等职业素养,是对"校企合作、工学结合"人才培养模式的进一步探索和补充。
D raw ing lessons from microscopic cells of excellent auto enterprise-the team's organizational structure, evaluation system, cultural construction and teamspirit, it builds "Team" management mode w ith rich enterprise teamculture, breaks through the traditional "monitor" management system, effectively enhances the students' professional quality such as teamconsciousness, management consciousness, safty consciousness and competition consciousness, and is further exploration and supplement to personnel training mode of "college-enterprise cooperation and w ork-integrated learning".
