摘要
心理文化建设是班级建设的重要因素,对学生的健康成长和良好班风的形成都有极大的助推作用。基于积极心理学理念的班级心理文化建设,以调动学生的积极主观体验、加强积极人格特质的培养,以创设积极的班级环境为目标,在观念视角层面、实践操作层面和学生个体层面,都具有重要而独特的功能。从发挥辅导员的人格魅力、开辟"微"时代班级心理文化建设新领地、开展体验式班级团体辅导活动、建立学生干部轮换制等方面探析了积极心理学视域下加强班级心理文化建设的若干路径。
Psychological culture construction is an im portant factor in class construction, and has an im pact on student's healthy grow th and the form ation of good class atm osphere. C lass culture construction based on the concept of positive psychology aim s to m obilize the students' positive subjective experience, strengthen the cultivation of personality traits, and create the positive classroom environm ent, and has im portant and unique features in the concept of perspective, practice and student individual level. From such aspects as the counselor's personality charm , opening up class culture construction new territory in the "m icro" age, carrying out experiential class group counseling activities, and establishing student cadre rotation system , the article explores several paths to strengthen class psychology culture construction from the perspective of positive psychology.
