高职院校毕业生数量占据了高等教育的半壁江山,其毕业生就业问题已引起社会各界的广泛关注。本文将思想政治教育与就业指导工作相结合,从提升毕业生的职业素养、职业精神出发,解决了学生的就业观念问题,从而达到提升毕业生就业竞争力的目的。

The num ber of graduates from vocational colleges occupies half of the higher education. The problem of the em ploym ent has aroused extensive concern from all sectors of society. C om bined political education w ith em ploym ent guidance w ork,starting from im proving occupation attainm ent and occupation spirit of the graduates, this paper solves the em ploym ent concept problem of students so as to achieve the purpose of prom oting em ploym ent com petitiveness of graduates.
