高职院校90后学生干部队伍建设的思考与实践

学生干部是高校校园各类活动组织者,是营造校园文化的主体,也是高校学生工作老师的得力助手。而现在,随着90后成为大学生主体,90后学生干部已然成为学校学生干部的中坚力量。由于各种原因,这支队伍存在诸多方面的问题,要做好学生工作,高职院校要从选拨、培养、教育、考核四个方面重视和加强90后学生干部队伍建设,推动高职院校学生工作再上新台阶。

Student cadres are organizers of campus activities, builders of campus culture, and assistants of college teachers. The post - 90s generation has been the majority of college students and the backbone of college student cadres. But there still exist problems in this team. Vocational institutes must pay more attention to team.construction from the aspects of new member＇s selection,training, education and assessment, to promote student work of vocational institutes to a new level.
