明清时期十堰古代诗歌发展繁荣的一个重要标志是十堰本土诗人的崛起。纵观十堰古代诗歌发展,有以下几条发展轨迹:作品题材内容由对汉江秀水的歌咏到对武当仙山的描摹;对生活的反映由世俗社会走向对仙道生活的吟唱;作者队伍则由客居诗人向本土诗人转变。

An important symbol of development and prosperity of shiyan ancient poetry in the Ming and Qing Dynasties is the rising of local poets. Shiyan ancient poetry development witnessed the following trajectory： the subject and content change from eulogy of the Hanjiang River to depiction of the Wudang Mountains; reflection of life changes from the secular society towards the immortal; the poet team changes from the guest poets to the local ones.
