普者黑景区旅游解说系统的调查与分析

Research and Analysis of the Tourism Interpretation System in Puzhehei

良好的旅游解说系统,作为提高旅游者旅游体验质量和接受环境教育的重要手段,是旅游景区建设的重要内容之一。文章以普者黑景区为例,以实地调查和问卷调查为手段,对其旅游解说系统的设置现状、游客满意度进行了调查与分析,并针对解说系统中存在的不足提出了相应的对策。最后得出通过提高解说人员素质、对景区内的解说牌示进行完善、开发类型多样的印刷品、完善游客中心的功能等途径,使普者黑景区的旅游解说系统的功能得以提升。

As a key measure to improve the quality of tourist experience for tourists and to let them accept environmental education,a sound tourism interpretation system is very important in the construction of tourist site.This paper aims to research and analyze the existing tourism interpretation system in Puzhehei and the degree of satisfaction of tourists there by field investigation and questionnaire survey in order to propose some suggestions for its weaknesses.It reaches a conclusion that the funotion of the existing tourism interpretation system can be improved by improving qualities of interpreters,completing the tourism interpretation boards,developing various printing materials and completing the function of tourism centers.
