自体脂肪颗粒注射移植在面部美容中的效果观察

Effect observation of autogenous fat particle injection transplant in facial beauty

目的:探讨自体脂肪颗粒注射移植在面部美容中的临床效果。方法:通过对2012年1月至2013年4月在我院进行治疗的65例面部美容患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均应用自体脂肪颗粒注射移植术,在术后1月、6月和12月进行回访。结果:患者术后1月、6月、12月的有效率分别为98.46%、95.38%、89.23%,治疗效果显著,所有患者均未出现感染、血肿、栓塞等严重并发症。结论:针对面部美容患者采用自体脂肪颗粒注射移植可以明显提高治疗效果,其具有操作简便、安全性高、成本低廉、可反复注射、并发症低等特点,临床值得推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the effect observation of autogenous fat particle injection transplant in facial beauty. Methods： 65 cases with facial beauty in our hospital from January 2012 to April 2013 were selected. Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and they were all received autogenous fat particle injection transplant. Return visit was followed up after imonth, six month and 12 month. Result： Effective rate was 98.46%、 95.38% and 89.23% after1、6、 12 month. The effect was significant and serious complications of infection, hematoma and embolism did not appear. Conclusion： Autogenous fat particle injection transplant in facial beauty can improve the therapeutic effect obviously. It is easy to operate and has high safety and low cost and complications. It is worthy of wide application.
