多普勒超声引导下A型肉毒毒素注射治疗肛裂的疗效观察

目的:探讨在多普勒超声引导下局部注射A型肉毒毒素治疗肛裂的临床疗效。方法:应用多普勒超声定位肛周耻骨直肠肌及内括约肌,引导局部注射A型肉毒毒素100U,治疗32名肛裂患者,观察其临床疗效及不良反应。结果:32名肛裂患者完全治愈,未见重大并发症发生,治疗3个月后复查直肠肛门压力恢复到正常范围。结论:多普勒超声引导下A型肉毒毒素注射治疗肛裂是一种简单、有效、安全的手术方法。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy in the Doppler ultrasound guided local injection of botulinum toxin A in the treatment of anal fissure. Methods： Using Doppler ultrasound localization of perianal puborectalis muscle and sphincter, guided local injection of botulinum toxin AIOOU, the treatment of 32 patients with anal fissure, to observe the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction. Results： totally 32 patients with anal fissure cure, no major complications occurred after 3 months, the treatment of anorectal pressure returned to the normal range. Conclusion： Doppler ultrasound guided botulinum toxin A injection in the treatment of anal fissure is a simple, effective, safe operation method.
