下睑缘切口颧脂肪垫上提中面部提升术

Mid-face lift with lower eyelid incision

目的：探讨通过下睑缘切口,眼轮匝肌及颧脂眼肪垫下层次剥离进行中面部提升的手术效果。方法：采用下睑缘切口,于眼轮匝肌及颧脂眼肪垫下剥离,离断眶颧韧带和颧隔,将眶隔脂肪释放到眶下缘1厘米处。将眼轮匝肌及颧脂肪垫悬吊于眶骨内侧缘,分别切除外侧多余眼轮匝肌和皮肤。结果：本组共41例患者,术后随访3~16个月,泪沟消失,鼻唇沟变浅,口角上扬,颧部饱满,效果满意。结论：下睑缘切口中面部提升术切口隐蔽,操作简单,效果良好,并发症少,是中面部年轻化的理想术式。

Objective： investigate the method of mid-face lifting through the plane under musculi orbicularis oculi and malar pad. Methods： Through traditional lower eyelid incision, we cut the musculi orbicularis oculi and undermining under musculi orbicularis oculi and malar pad. musculi orbicularis oculi ligment and malar ligment was cut off and the orbital fat were repositioned. The musculi orbicularis oculi and the malar pad were resuspended to the orbit rim. Redundant skin and muscu]i orbicularis oculi were respectively cut off. Results： All the patients return the youthful appearance and statisfied with the results. Conclusion： This methods of midface lift is simple, effectiveness and has less complication.
