关于前牙牙冠颈部折断的即刻修复研究

Immediate repair studies of developing crowns before the neck broken

目的:研究前牙牙冠颈部折断的即刻修复。方法:选取52例前牙牙冠颈部折断患者(58颗颈折牙)为研究对象,先后采取如下修复措施"常规根管治疗→舌面窝制备洞型→螺旋钉旋入固位→光固化复合树脂修复舌面窝"。结果:6个月后对患者进行随访调查,58颗颈折牙中成功52颗(89.66%),失败6颗(10.34%),表现出了较为理想的修复效果,患者对牙冠外观色泽以及形态表示满意。结论:在前牙牙冠颈部折断的修复治疗中,螺旋钉即刻修复疗法表现出了较为理想的临床应用价值和前景。

Objective： To study the broken front tooth crown neck immediate restoration. Methods： 52 cases of anterior teeth crown neck fracture patients （58 neck fractured teeth） for the study, has taken the following remedial measures ＂conventional root canal treatment → tongue nest hole type → spiral nail preparation screwed retention → light curing composite resin restoration tongue nest.＂ Results： 6 months after the patient follow-up survey, 58% off dental neck successful 52 （89.66%）, failure 6 （10.34%）, showing a more satisfactory repair effect, appearance and color as well as in patients with crowns form expressed satisfaction. Conclusion： Front tooth crown neck fracture repair therapy, spiral nails instantly repair therapy showed a more satisfactory clinical value and prospects.
