摘要
"大传统"与"小传统"的概念从人类学领域被广泛移植,说明这两个概念对理论研究和实践领域具有强大的解释力。教育活动具有鲜明的大传统和小传统。教师专业实践是作为国家主流话语的理念、制度等大传统与小传统在冲突、融合中互相塑造的博弈过程。大传统与小传统应在双向选择中相互滋养并获得各自品质的提升,拥有权威话语权的大传统应尊重并有意识地吸纳教师专业实践的小传统,而小传统通过反思超越可能的平庸是提升教师专业品质的重要方式。
Great tradition and little tradition are transplanted to different research fields from anthropology. It reflects the strong explanatory power. Education has obvious great tradition and little tradition. There are sharp conflicts between state power and teacher. Teacher professional practice is the course of game between the great tradition as the dominant idea,system of state and little tradition. We think it is reasonable great tradition and little tradition draw on each other. Great tradition as authority discourse should respect and absorb the little tradition of teacher professional practice consciously. Reflection is a rational path of surpassing potential mediocrity of little tradition and improving teacher professional quality.
