农业科研单位科技信息服务开发工作的实践与思考——以中国热带农业科学院科技信息研究所为例

PRACTICE AND THINKING ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCI-TECH INFORMATION SERVICE IN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE——A CASE STUDY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION RESEARCH INSTITUTE

在社会主义市场经济的发展和国家科技体制改革的不断深化的新形势下,农业科研院所逐渐意识到科技开发工作的重要。该文以中国热带农业科学院科技信息研究所为例,详细阐述了当前科技开发工作的现状和存在的问题,并从观念转变、人员引进与培训、激励机制及探索发展新途径等几个方面提出对策建议,以期为同类科研单位的开发工作提供借鉴。

With the speedy development of the socialist market economy and deepened reform of national science and technology system in the new circumstance, agricultural research institutes gradually realized the importance of technology development. Taking science and technology information research institute, Chinese academy of tropical agricultural sciences （ ISTI of CATAS） as the example, this paper elaborated the current situation and problems existed in sci-tech development in the new circumstance,and proposed solutions and suggestions from the person＇s concept transformation,staff introduction and training,incentive system exploring , so as to provide inspiring and learning for the same type research institute in the development work.
