The Research on the Strategy of Emerging Industries

论文根据2005年—2011年中国战略性新兴产业的发展状况,遵循科学性、系统性、动态性和可操作性的原则,在IMD国际竞争力指标体系编制思想基础上提出了7个方面共同支撑的竞争力指标体系:竞争力实力、成长竞争力、市场竞争力、成本竞争力、创新竞争力、投资竞争力和管理竞争力。并构建了战略性新兴产业竞争力指数,进行了实证检验,为中国战略性新兴产业竞争力的提升提供相应的依据。

Strategic emerging industries,based on cutting-edge technology major breakthrough,represent the future of science technology, reflecting the new direction of industrial development, which has been playing the great and obvious significance development of economics and social development. Following the scientific, systematic, dynamic principles and operability, this paper, according to the development situation of China＇s strategic emerging industries on the statistic data from 2005 to 2011, on the basis of the IMD international competitiveness index system, put forward seven aspects to support the competitiveness of the index system：competitive strength, growth competitiveness, market competitiveness, cost competitiveness, innovation competitiveness, investment and management competitiveness, 49 indicators. Finally, it made an analysis of the development status of emerging industries of strategic importance and provided policy recommendations.
