企业家精神对中小企业成长作用的研究

在国际金融危机影响持续、欧债危机愈演愈烈的大背景下,企业成长已经成为一个被各界广泛关注的话题,尤其是中小企业,由于在人才、资金、技术等方面处于劣势,企业成长中面临诸多困难和挑战。将企业家精神的三个层次与中小企业的成长有机结合,探索三个层次的企业家精神对中小企业成长的影响及作用,通过渗透企业家精神提高中小企业的核心竞争能力,创建外部环境对其的支持力,从而有利于企业的健康成长,使企业稳步持续发展。

In the context of the international financial crisis and European debt crisis becoming increasingly fierce, the growth of firms have become the topic which is widely concerned. The enterprises, especially the SMEs（ small and medium-size enterprises） , are facing difficulties and challenges in human resources, funds, technologies and so on. In this paper, three levels of entrepreneurship are combined with growth of SMEs to explore the impacts and effects on them. By permeating entrepreneurship into SMEs and creating supportive external environments, the enterprises’ core competitiveness can be enhanced and which can help enterprises to be steady to keep on a development.
