摘要
火烧油层是稠油油田开发后期有效的开发方式之一,其成功的关键是油层能够实现高效点火。与其他点火方式相比,电点火方式因其高温、易控、高效而备受青睐。在调研国内外相关技术的基础上,研制出外径为25.4 mm的连续管式电点火器、电点火工艺管柱、井下温度监控系统及配套的起下装置,形成了直井火驱移动式电点火工艺技术。现场试验结果表明,该技术为火烧油层开采工艺提供了一种高效的点火方法,对实现油层高温燃烧,提高火驱效果将发挥重要的作用,具有广阔的应用前景。
In- situ combustion is an effective technique used in late- stage development of heavy- oil fields. Its successful application attributes to high- efficient ignition of oil- bearing formation. Compared with other ignition methods,electric ignition is characterized by high- temperature,easily controllability and high efficiency. Through investigating domestic and overseas relevant technologies,we have developed the continuous electric igniter with OD of 25. 4 mm,electric ignition pipe string,down- hole temperature monitoring system and relevant tripping devices,which are combined into the mobile electric igniter system for fire- flooding of vertical wells. Field pilot test results show that the technique provides in- situ combustion with a high- efficient ignition method,which contributes significantly to high- temperature combustion of oil- bearing formation and to enhance fire- flooding performance. It is really prospective for application in the future.
