缰核的纤维联系及其对5-羟色胺能和多巴胺能系统的调节作用 被引量:1

摘要 缰核(hacenular nucleus,Hb)是存在于间脑背侧、第三脑室两侧的一对核团,在进化上高度保守,主要分为外侧缰核(lateral habenular nucleus,LHb)和内侧缰核(medial hacenular nucleus,MHb)。缰核是联系边缘前脑和脑干背侧通路的重要枢纽,参与多种生理活动的调节,包括疼痛、睡眠、节律、情绪、认知等,也与多种疾病的发生发展联系密切,如精神分裂症、抑郁症、帕金森病等。缰核的作用十分重要,对它的深入研究有助于探索某些疾病的发病机制及治疗方法,有文献报道深部刺激外侧缰核可用于治疗难治性抑郁症。
