神经肽Y及其受体与学习记忆和情感行为的关系

摘要 1982年Tatemoto等[1]从猪脑提取液中分离出一种由36个氨基酸组成的多肽,命名为神经肽Y（neuropeptide Y,NPY）.与PP肽（pancreatic polypeptide,PP）和YY肽（peptide YY,PYY）同属于NPY家族[2].Blundell等[3]通过高分辨率的X射线晶体图像技术对鸟类的胰多肽进行研究,发现1-8号氨基酸残基折叠成一个富含脯氨酸的螺旋结构,15-32号氨基酸残基折叠形成一个α螺旋,两个螺旋反向平行,都有亲水脂两性,形成了一个稳定的发卡样三级结构,被称作PP折叠.这样的结构能使分子两端靠拢,更有利于与相应受体结合.在进化进程中,NPY表现出高度的遗传保守性,豚鼠、大鼠、兔子、家鸡和人的NPY的氨基酸序列结构完全相同.
