烟囱技术在血管腔内修复中的应用及相关问题 被引量:2

摘要 随着血管腔内修复技术的不断发展,主动脉腔内修复术已逐渐代替传统开放手术,成为治疗主动脉扩张眭疾病,特别是弓部以下病变的首选术式。但是,单纯主动脉腔内修复术对病变的解剖形态具有严格的限制条件,这使得相当一部分患者并不能满足主动脉腔内修复术的要求,其中一个主要原因为支架近端锚定区不足。目前,扩展或重建近端锚定区的方法包括“杂交”技术、“开窗”型支架或“分支”型支架技术以及烟囱技术。“杂交技术”指通过解剖外旁路手术扩张近端锚定区,再行主动脉腔内修复术;“开窗”及“分支”型支架目前仍需定制且费用较高,难以在国内广泛开展使用。
