ABCD2评分对短暂性脑缺血发作后卒中严重程度的评估价值

The estimated value of ABCD2 score on the severe stroke after transient ischemic attack

目的 初步探讨ABCD2评分方法对短暂性脑缺血发作后卒中严重程度的评估价值。方法 选择有TIA发作史的脑梗死患者96例,根据ABCD2评分法分成低危（0~3分）、中危（4~5分）和高危（6~7分）3组,比较高、中、低危组继发脑梗死神经功能缺损程度（NIHSS）评分。结果 低危、中危和高危3组之间NIHSS评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 ABCD2评分是预测TIA短期内发生脑梗死简单而有效的方法,但该评分高低可能与脑梗死神经功能缺损程度无直接相关。

Objective To investigate the estimated value of ABCD2 score on the severe stroke after transient ischemic attack.Methods 96 cerebral infarction patients with TIA history were divided into the low-risk group（0~3points）,mediumrisk group（4~5points）and high-risk group（6~7points）according ABCD2 score.The neurologic deficit score（NIHSS）of three groups were compared.Results There were no statistical difference in NIHSS among three groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion ABCD2 score can assess the condition of TIA patients,and there is no correlation between the score and the neurologic deficit of patients with cerebral infarction.
