运动疗法早期干预治疗小儿脑性瘫痪480例疗效分析

The curative effect of early intervention of exercise therapy on treating children with cerebral palsy

目的探讨运动疗法早期干预对小儿脑性瘫痪的疗效。方法 480例脑性瘫痪患儿年龄分组,≤6个月纳入A组,>6个月纳入B组,均以运动疗法为主的综合康复治疗进行早期干预。观察治疗效果,并对比治疗前后患儿GMFM评分变化。结果 A组总有效率明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,患儿治疗后GMFM评分均明显上升,A组上升幅度明显大于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑性瘫痪患儿早期行规范化运动康复疗法可有效改善预后,年龄越小,正常化率越高。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of early intervention of exercise therapy on treating children with cerebral palsy（CP）.Methods 0~9months of 480 children with CP in our hospital from June 2012 to May 2013 were divided into A group（0~6months,treated with early intervention of exercise therapy）and B group（more than 6months,treated with early intervention of exercise therapy）.The curative effect and GMFM score of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of A group was higher than that of B group,which had significant difference.Compared with before treatment,the GMFM score of children with CP markly increased,especially in the A group.Conclusion Early intervention of exercise therapy can effectively improve prognosis and have better curative effect on treating children with CP,especially in the lower age children.
