摘要
以某型液压启闭机油缸作为研究对象,运用AMESim仿真软件建立了其液压系统的仿真模型。通过向仿真模型中引入故障信息,对液压启闭机油缸的泄漏故障进行了仿真分析。仿真结果与实际情况基本吻合,验证了仿真模型的正确性,并在此基础上进一步给出了不同泄漏间隙高度影响下的液压缸泄漏对比曲线,从而为液压启闭机液压缸的设计优化与故障诊断提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the hydraulic hoist cylinder, it establishes the simulation model of the hydraulic system based on AMESim software. Injecting fault information into the model, it uses the simulation model to emulate the leakage fault of hydraulic hoist cylinder. Comparing the simulation result with the actual situation, it verifies the correctness of the simulation model. From further simulation analysis, it proposes the leakage contrast curves of the hydraulic cylinder influenced with the leakage gap size. This provides theoretical basis for hydraulic hoist cylinder design optimization and fault diagnosis.
