硅藻土与橡胶粉复合改性沥青混合料路用性能研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用了APA汉堡车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验以及小梁疲劳试验,研究了硅藻土与橡胶粉复合改性沥青混合料的路用性能。试验结果表明,在18%橡胶粉掺量下,随着硅藻土掺量的增加,复合改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性增强,水稳定性、低温抗裂性以及疲劳性能提高,且18%橡胶粉+11%硅藻土复合后其综合路用性能与4.5%SBS改性沥青混合料相差不大。结合路用性能试验结果,最终推荐了橡胶粉与硅藻土的最佳掺配比例。 This paper uses the APA Hamburg rutting test, cold bending test,immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test and Weibull distribution based on probability and statistics trabecular fatigue were studied diatomite composite and rubber powder modified asphalt mixture performance. The test results show that 18% of the rubber powder content,with increasing diatomite content,the high temperature stability of the composite reinforced modified asphalt mixture, water stability, low temperature cracking resistance and fatigue performance improvement,and 20 after% + 11% diatomite composite rubber powder road performance with its integrated 4.5 % SBS modified asphalt or less.
