摘要
研究了橡胶粉对热再生混合料路用性能的改善作用。分别对不同橡胶粉掺量下热再生混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性以及疲劳性能进行了对比研究。结果表明,加入橡胶粉可以显著改善热再生混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性和疲劳性能,综合考虑橡胶粉掺量对热再生混合料路用性能的影响规律及工程的经济性,推荐热再生混合料最佳橡胶粉掺量为7.5%~10%。
This paper studied the improvement of rubber powder on road performance of hot recycle mixture. Respectively, under different dosage of rubber hot mix plant regeneration mix of high-temperature stability, low temperature cracking resistance, water stability, and fatigue properties were compared. The results show that : the addition of rubber powder can significantly improve the thermal regeneration mix plant mix temperature stability, low temperature cracking resistance, water stability and fatigue performance, considering the rubber content on thermal regeneration Mixture Performance of the law and economic projects, the paper recommended hot mix plant regeneration optimal mix rubber powder content of 7.5% ~ 10%.
