摘要
对不同成型方法对沥青混合料的性能影响进行了试验研究,通过室内试验对沥青混合料的体积参数及路用性能机械了分析。研究结果表明,通过旋转压实获得的沥青混合料空隙率、间隙率大于马歇尔击实成型试件,通过旋转压实成型试件的沥青饱和度小于马歇尔击实成型试件。与马歇尔击实成型试件相比,旋转压实成型沥青混合料试件的动稳定度、抗弯拉强度及水稳定性均有大幅度的提高。
This paper presents an experimental study on influence of different shaping methods on the performance of asphalt mixture, and analyses the performance of volume parameter and road machinery through the indoor test of asphalt mixture. The results show that lthe asphalt mixture Void obtained by rotating the compaction rate, clearance rate is greater than the Marshall compaction molding, by rotating the compacting asphalt saturation of less than Marshall compaction test piece. And Marshall compaction molding,rotational compacted asphalt mixture specimen's dynamic stability,flexural strength and water stability were improved greatly.
