摘要
硅藻土在改性沥青中的分散显著改变改性沥青技术性能,利用XRD,SEM,荧光显微镜等试验手段从微观尺度揭示了硅藻土/SBS改性沥青的改性机理,研究了硅藻土掺量对SBS改性沥青技术性能的影响,得到改善SBS改性沥青技术性能的最佳掺量。结果表明:硅藻土与SBS改性沥青融为一体,掺入1%的硅藻土可以提高SBS改性沥青软化点7.61%,其针入度下降3.76%,延度下降9.86%;老化后软化点提高5.68%,针入度下降3.45%,延度下降22.1%。
Disperse condition of diatomite in asphalt can change the technical characteristic of modified-asphalt significantly. The effect of diatomite dispersion on the behavior of SBS modified asphalt were examined through some micro testing techniques(such as XRD, SEM and fluorescence microscope test,etc). The influence of diatomite proportion on the property of SBS modified asphalt was investigated. The optimum additive was recommended. The results show that the diatomite and SBS modified asphalt merged together. Comparing with the normal modified asphalt with 3% SBS dosage, the softening point of modified asphalt will increase 7.61%, the penetration will descend 3.76%, the ductility will descend 9.86, the softening point after aging test will increase 5.68 % , the penetration after aging test will descend 3.45%, the ductility after aging test will descend 22.1% when adding 1% dosage of diatomite.
