“城中校”电子商务人才培养模式的实践与探索——以成都职业技术学院为例

The personnel cultivation model practice exploration of College inside Trade City E-commerce take

“城中校”即“把教学课堂、实训基地、创业基地建在商贸城”，实施企校共同育人的合作机制，将学校的教学活动与企业的生产过程紧密结合，探索教学与生产过程对接中的双向价值挖掘，创新了专业群适应市场发展的建设新渠道。本文围绕“城中校”电子商务人才培养模式进行论述和总结，阐述了“城中校”的内涵、实施路径及其取得的成果。

College inside Trade City means the classroom teaching, training base and the entrepreneurial base are built within trade city. And the construction of cooperation mechanism between college and enterprise will be put in effect. So we can combine the teaching activities in college and the production process of enterprises closely together in order to discover the new channels for exploration of bidirectional value in the combination of teaching activities and the production process. And we also make innovations by adapting groups of major for the development of market. This paper discusses the personnel training mode of E- commerce. It also gives a clear explanation of the concept of College inside Trade City, the implementation of measures and the achievements. Finally, we provide the construction methods and experience of majors of business and commerce for fraternal colleges.
