On Work-study Combination Mode Innovation in Higher Vocational Colleges

工学结合是高职教育人才培养模式改革的切入点，也是高素质技能型人才培养的必要途径。阐述“工学结合”人才培养模式的内涵及其优势，提出校企人才培养方案共建、课程共建、实训基地共建、师资共建、校企文化对接、股份制教育实体共建等为主要特征的工学结合人才培养创新模式。

Work-study combination is the breakthrough point for higher vocational college talents training mode. It is also the necessary way for the cultivation of high qualified talents. This paper gives account of the connotation and advantages of work-study combination talents training mode. It puts forward a new innovative mode of cooperative building of talents training plan between college and enterprises, curriculum development, practice base, teachers team, culture docking, Joint-stock education entity.
